a) Spacious room, excellent bathroom, rooftop pool area

Staff are very helpful n friendly. Room is very big n spacious. Didn't get to use their facilities as too busy doing shopping. Location is great just 5 min walking distance to bts station.

Room a little bit run down.

Had great location right across from Emporium Center about 320 meters or 350 yards away, close to Emporium Shopping Mall. Based close enough to restaurants, entertainment, and Emporium Mall as well as a nearby BTS train station, Emporium Shopping Complex & BTS and BTS.

Unexpected challenges and hidden gems

The Bless Hotel and Residence was awesome in space and cleanliness. The staff always greeted us with smiles, and we enjoyed the convenience of nearby dining options.

We faced issues with the kitchen supplies and amenities. The pool was disappointing due to maintenance, which put a damper on our relaxation plans .

Strong points were the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. The rooms represent excellent value for money.

The room was spacious and clean, but the air conditioning was super noisy.

Hotel is new so sometime thing are not really in system, but overall are very well so I can ignor a small point.

A lot of space and location of the skytrain 5min by foot . Very quiet. Free access WIFI Internet.

Located near Novotel Lotus Hotel with a lot of not recommanded bars around...This is not a hotel, just appartment : no cosy lounges and the breakfast is continental served only in your appartment (very poor, no fresh juice..). We arrived at 8.20 AM and the girl at the reception said un that the check-in time is at 09.00 AM and if we want to come in earlier we have to pay cash 500 Baths! As we were tired, we did it. There was no electricity in the bedroom and the toilets were out of work! After 15min you moved. At the end of the stay they were not included in the invoice! The air conditioning in the living room could wake the dead!!! A washing machine would be a welcome addition instead of relying solely on laundry service. Lastly, the TV remote is a crumbling relic begging for replacement!!!

The room is really nice and big and the roof top pool is a bonus.

They dont provide any tea or coffee in the room and also there are quite a few ladies of the night on the streets nearby, which may not be to everyones taste. But hey that is Bangkok for you.

We stay several night in this hotel and the room is very big and comfortable. If you have kid travel with you, it would be a good choice. The location is good as well. Quiet and near Sky train station.

The honest truth about this

The large room had a great kitchenette,, and daily housekeeping was very good. The location was ideal, near shopping and street food options.

I encountered issues with some amenities. The rooftop pool was not well-maintained, and also found the mattress too hard for comfort, which affected my sleep quality.

The apartment was out of this world and the staff could not do enough for you.

Modern hotel, we liked the amazingly attentive staff and huge room. The room with breakfast included. Location: the venue was near to shopping area and restaurants and the train line: )
